Four steps. No chasing.
Twenty questions, one at a time. Six or seven minutes. It saves as you go, so you can stop and come back.
Kerry turns applications down
Not to be difficult. The work assumes a business that has already been built and it does very little for one that has not. Better you read this now than find out on the call.
This is built for
- Founders and majority owners in Australia and New Zealand.
- Roughly $1.3M to $30M of revenue and somewhere between 8 and 80 staff.
- Five to ten or more years in, long enough that the business has a shape.
- Three to ten years from an ending you have not yet put a date on.
It is not for
- Shopfront retail, financial advisers, mortgage brokers, medical and dental practices. Those endings work differently and Kerry is not the right person for them.
- Anyone who wants a business sold this quarter. Kerry is not a broker and says so on the first call.
- A business still being started. There is nothing to make transferable yet.
If you are outside this and still think it applies to you, apply anyway and say so in the last box. Kerry reads them all.
Thirty minutes and nothing to read afterwards
The session is a conversation about where the business actually sits and what your options are. It is not a pitch with a diagnosis attached.
- She has already read your answersSo you are not starting at the beginning and you are not explaining your industry for ten minutes.
- One question you have probably never answered out loudIf you could not walk into the business for three months starting tomorrow, who signs, who decides, who holds the relationships?
- Your ending, scored on the three scalesEnterprise Value, Liberated Wealth and You 2.0, one to ten each, done live with you rather than sent later.
- Where you stand and what the work would beIncluding whether there is any work worth doing right now. Sometimes the honest answer is not yet.
- Kerry asks the questionNo proposal follows. Everything that would go into one gets said on the call and you decide.
One question at a time. Press Enter to move on. Everything you type stays on this device, so you can come back to it.
Let’s book your session
That reads like the businesses Kerry does her best work with. Pick a time below. She reads every answer before the call, so you will not be starting from the beginning.
Bring three things:
Got it. Kerry is reading this one herself
Your answers do not sort themselves out automatically, which is more often a good sign than a bad one. Kerry will read it personally and come back to you within one to two working days.
Nothing to do in the meantime. If something changes before she gets to you, reply to her email and say so.
Every application gets an answer.
While you wait, two things worth your time: the free training, then The Readiness Scorecard.

The five things people say here
Said on the page rather than saved for the call. A session is worth more when the obvious is already out of the way.
“I’m not sure about the investment.”
Nothing on this page asks you for money. The session costs nothing.
“Not yet. Maybe next year.”
“Readiness takes two to three years to build, so ‘not yet’ on starting is really ‘later’ on finishing. Tell me what specifically will be different next year.”
Kerry Boulton, in her own words.
“I don’t know you well enough for this.”
And that’s fair enough. The first session is not a deep dive. It just gives you feedback on where you stand.
“I need to think about it. My accountant looks after this.”
“Keep them, I work alongside accountants. They hold the financial pillar.”
“I don’t do proposals. Everything I’d put in one, I’ve just told you. What’s the part you’re unsure about?”
“I’d need to talk to my business partner, or my family.”
Good. That is usually the real conversation and it is the one most owners keep putting off.
The application asks you outright whether somebody else is part of a decision like this and whether they would come on the session. Kerry would far rather have them on the call than answer everything twice through you.
Bring them. Nothing on the session needs you to agree with each other first.
Every adviser around you is paid on the year before or the year after, so the ending itself is nobody’s deliverable. It stays yours.
